Ginger Beer Concentrate

Very cool recipe! As a kid, I remember my mum absolutely adored ginger beer. Not knowing any better, thinking ginger wasn’t anything special and detesting beer (which I still haven’t acquired a taste for), I never felt compelled to try it. Having said that, I now absolutely LOVE ginger so I have a feeling I’d love this drink too!
