Grilled Pesto Shrimp Skewers

Made these last night and they were fantastic. No idea why I never thought of pairing shrimp and pesto before but it was a match made in heaven. Served with grilled corn and a tomato, bread and cucumber salad, it was the perfect summer healthy meal. Can’t wait to cook this again and I hope that you will have the same succes with this recipe because your friends will love it and your husband/boyfriend will be impressed .
