Southwestern Chopped Salad with Cilantro Dressing

I just made this, it was absolutely fantastic!! The dressing is incredible, definitely going to be a staple in my kitchen from now on. I added a little cayenne pepper to the dressing to make it a little bit spicy and I put a few cranraisins in there and it was sooo good. I’m eating it for dinner tonight with some grilled salmon and I bet my skin will glow tomorrow morning. You should try it cause is definitely a keeper!
