This is an easy to prepare dish filled with vitamins and flavors, is perfect for all you vegetarians and chilli fans out there. This dish combines the great flavor of one can of black beans, one can of tomato paste, one vegetable stock, 1 onion, chopped, 5 cloves garlic, mince, 1 tablespoon chili powder, 1 tablespoon cumin, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 sweet potato, 1 cup dry quinoa, salt and pepper to taste, avocado, cilantro for garnish.
